The FFXI Junta
Ok. Here's an update for all of you update-ravenous people!
I think we've successfully hooked Kimberly upon the FFXI, by way of playing on Troy's account. Mithra Pride, baby!
Brad has also gotten his very own FFXI account. We need to get him settled in in the next week or so; that way he can get the Troy-and-James-do-FFXI tour and see what it's all about.
For my own self, last night I attained level 10 in Warrior, which I've been putting off doing for a while. Dropped about 40k on gear for the next WAR levelling push.
On a whim I also checked out when the next round of Mithra RSE was going to be in Ordelle's Caves. As it turned out it was currently ongoing. I already had the right key to open the treasure chests there in Ordelle's, so I just headed in. On a whim I took the Living Key I had left over from the subligar hunt of a few weeks ago. I actually managed to open the first chest I found with that key, and so got the first Magical Pattern of the night via my thiefly skills. I scooted back to Jeuno and turned in that pattern for my Savage Loincloths. Good stuff. Then I delved back into the caves and opened another chest with the Ordelle's Chest Key I'd collected a couple of weeks ago. With the second pattern in hand I got my fourth and final piece of Mithra RSE - the Savage Mittens.
I know, I know. Mittens don't sound very Savage to me either.
But anyway, last night I got the last of the cool and exclusive RSE, after having started collecting it months and months ago.
I should get a picture up here before too long, but take my word for it - it's pretty cool-looking stuff.

Hey Congratulations! That must've been quite exciting to open the first treasure box you saw. ^_^. And a picture would be sweet.
